CPCC has plenty of bragging rights when it comes to its alumni. Many provide food for the soul- such as CPCC alumnus John Love of Red Rocks Cafe'. Ron Herbert and co-owner John Love, a CPCC culinary graduate, met in 1998. Love had opened the original Red Rocks Café in South Charlotte in 1992, which at the time was more of a bakery.
