Students and alumni can acquire official Central Piedmont Community College transcripts processed electronically. Transcripts are processed and delivered to recipients via email within 30 minutes after requests are received. Paper transcripts can also be requested to be delivered via mail.
Both electronic and paper transcripts are available for $7.25 - $9.30 per request and can be ordered online here.
Request In-Person or By MailStudent Records is responsible for maintaining the accuracy and security of academic records for the college. In-person services to students are provided on Central, Levine, and Merancas campuses only.

For Diplomas (Graduation Office)The Graduation Office is open Monday Friday, 8:00 am 5:00 pm. The department is located on Central Campus in the Overcash Academic and Performing Arts Building, Room 210. The Overcash Building is located at 1206 Elizabeth Ave, Charlotte, NC 28204. How can I order an additional copy of my degree or diploma?
Additional copies of degrees and diplomas may be purchased. Please contact the Graduation/Institutional Records office at 704-330-6208. You may stop by the Graduation Office for an order form. The additional degree or diploma may take 6-8 weeks to arrive.
