Central Piedmont Community College (CPCC) dedicated one of its administrative buildings in honor of Thomas E. (Tommy) Norman, past president of the CPCC Foundation Board of Directors, on Sept. 21.


The college dedicated the building, located along Charlottetowne Ave., in Charlotte, on CPCC's Central Campus, in recognition of Norman's almost 30 years of enhancing the educational and career training opportunities for the citizens of Mecklenburg County as a CPCC Foundation board member.
