Chris Abani Lecture at Sensoria: A celebration of literature and the arts   Culinary Students at Aspire Bakery

Sensoria is the Central Piedmont's annual festival of creativity, possibilty, innovation, and collaboration. The festival is presented in four tracks: Arts & Design; Culture; Leadership & Service; and Science & Technology. From its beginnings 28 years ago as a literary festival, through its growth to include all of the arts, Sensoria has evolved into a powerful 10 days of opportunity for students to engage more broadly and more deeply in our programs, in their education, with their college community, and beyond. For a complete schedule of events and virtual offerings, please visit Sensoria Festival page.

Culinary Arts

Central Piedmont's Hospitality Education Program includes Culinary Arts, Baking & Pastry Arts, and Hospitality Management. Members from the community may support the learning experience of culinary students through Central Piedmont's Greenway Restaurant or at the college's Aspire Bakery & Bistro. For a very special food and wine event supporting Central Piedmont's Culinary Arts programs, consider attending the Central Piedmont Foundation's Swirl event.
