Emergency Fund

Central Piedmont's EMERGENCY FUND provides short-term financial support to students and employees experiencing financial emergencies. In this period of transition and insecurity, those economically-vulnerable and insecure members of our college family require support and assistance to a degree never before experienced.

As a result of the recent COVID-19 pandemic, Central Piedmont has witnessed an increase in the number of students and employees needing resources to sustain their everyday life. Thankfully, the college's Emergency Fund was already in place and prepared to quickly address the emotional and financial well-being of the college's community members.

When you
make a gift to this fund, you make an immediate impact - within 24-48 hours - as evidenced by the distribution of funds process outlined below:

I cannot express how thankful I am to have this opportunity. Without it, I would be forced to choose between my textbooks or groceries for my family. This really is a great help not just for me, but also for other students. Thank you.   - Hunter B.
