GIVE TO THE TRACEY LYNN THOMSON SCHOLARSHIP

The Tracey Lynn Thomson Scholarship honors the life of Tracey Lynn Thomson--a devoted nurse, mother, wife, and woman of deep faith. After moving to Charlotte in 1995, Tracey discovered her calling in nursing while raising two sons and working full-time. She earned her associate degree from Central Piedmont in 2011, later serving patients across Atrium Health and Novant Health for nearly two decades. In 2024, she fulfilled a lifelong dream by earning her bachelor's degree in nursing. Tracey's passion for caring for others shone brightest in her work as a labor and delivery nurse. She also served as an assistant nurse manager and sexual assault nurse examiner, always offering compassion and strength. When her health declined in 2024, the love from her colleagues reflected the impact she had on everyone she touched.
This scholarship celebrates Tracey's enduring legacy of service, faith, and family by supporting Central Piedmont nursing students who share her commitment to providing exceptional care.
